By downloading or using Declutter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Declutter on Apple macOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Pro Features & Subscriptions

Certain advanced features of the App (such as the AI Companion or advanced AI-driven rules) may require a "Pro" purchase.

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

3. AI Usage & Accuracy

Declutter uses local Foundation Models (including Qwen 0.5B/0.6B) to interpret and organize your files. You acknowledge that:

• AI models may occasionally miscategorize files. The App uses a 3-tier classification system (The Clerk) combining metadata, vision analysis, and semantic understanding to maximize accuracy.
• You are responsible for verifying the organization of important documents.
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from automated file movements. Please use the Review Queue to verify actions before they are applied.

4. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
