By downloading or using Declutter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Declutter on Apple macOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. License & Purchase

Declutter offers a lifetime license for full access to features, including advanced AI automation and organization tools.

• Payment: All license purchases are handled securely via Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the software, we do not offer refunds. We encourage users to evaluate the software before purchase.

3. AI Usage & Accuracy

Declutter uses local Foundation Models (including Qwen 0.5B/0.6B) to interpret and organize your files. You acknowledge that:

• AI models may occasionally miscategorize files. The App uses a 3-tier classification system (The Clerk) combining metadata, vision analysis, and semantic understanding to maximize accuracy.
• You are responsible for verifying the organization of important documents.
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from automated file movements. Please use the Review Queue to verify actions before they are applied.

4. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
